EasyPark Device  

The EasyPark device relies on a contactless smart card equipped with a powerful microprocessor using the state of the art Hercules operating system. The device supports multiple cities and parking zones, various types of parking tariffs, multiple display configurations and many other advanced features.

The operation of the EasyPark device is simple and user friendly - within seconds the customer can start parking without the need to get out of the car, look for change or make a phone call.

Reloading Platforms

Internet Reloading web site

The device can be reloaded via the internet, giving the customer the flexibility and comfort of getting the service at home. The secured service also allows the customer to print parking history, view past transactions order a device and more. Loading the device takes only a few seconds, during which the device is synchronized with the Atlas back office system. During synchronization tariffs and configuration are downloaded to the device and parking history is uploaded to the Atlas system.

Reloading Terminals  

A similar service to the internet reloading can be obtained through Point of Sale (POS) terminals. The POS terminals are placed at various locations across the city including stores, tobacco shops, post office, city hall and more.

Atlas Back Office System

The Atlas back office solution is a powerful and flexible system utilizing the latest hardware and software technologies.  The system is composed of strong servers and communication infrastructure which are controlled by a sophisticated modular application. The application can be adapted to support multiple languages and can be customized to the specific needs of different markets and cities. The Atlas application modules include:

  1. Data collection services module – collects parking and loading data from the reloading network
  2. Database management module – sorts and stores all the collected information. The data is organized into detailed tables, making the information easy to read and use for reporting purposes
  3. Online reporting module – generates reports from the optimized data warehouse. Reports categories can easily be modified and customized to fit specific needs, and can be produced in multiple languages. Reports are provided to the consumers, fleets, parking operators and cities
  4. Back Office management module – is used to define and update tariffs structure, set device configuration, send remote software updates to the device, setup reloading locations profiles, manage reloading terminals and more
  5. Help desk module – is used to provide customer services. The application is used to register new customers, provide refunds and answer technical questions regarding the operation for the EasyPark device

Enforcement Unit

Inspecting the EasyPark device can be done either visually or by using a handheld enforcement device. Since contactless communication is not affected by weather, humidity, or window conditions, inspection becomes simple, easy and measurable. The inspector’s performance is measured “positively” according to the number of vehicles checked, not according to the number of parking tickets issued.
